For BMC Upper (grade 5th-12th) and MTRW

Office Hours during Fall 2018:

  • Mondays 5:15pm - 7:45pm, in Evans 713 or 714, starting 8/27/18
  • Wednesdays 5:15pm - 5:45pm, 6:15pm - 7:45pm in Evans 713 or 714, starting 9/05/18

Do NOT email us with inquiries or routine questions. If you have any questions, we welcome you to come see us during Office Hours.

For prospective students/applicants:

Very often, parents' perception of students' math background and readiness is different from the standard that we hold and strive for in our programs. "Math is too easy for them at school" does NOT tell us much about the students. When inquiring about the different programs and placements, it is most helpful when we also meet the prospective students in the first meeting. If possible, please bring the students to office hours with you.

Reserve emails only for emergencies, not convenience.

  • Questions can be answered in person during office hours at Evans 713/714.
  • Please remember, emergencies are not caused by the lack of organization, preparation, or diligence.

At the circle, we direct most resources to the academic quality of the program. Therefore, we expect participants and families to be organized and respect our minimal admin staff's workload. When you have important questions, please invest the time and effort in coming to office to have them answered. Most questions can be answered through the information posted here on this website.
