Applying to Berkeley Math Circle by Mail
The following application is for BMC Beginner for grades 5-6, BMC Intermediate (recommended for grades 7-8) and BMC Advanced (recommended for grades 9-12).
BMC applications have to arrive by mail by May 14, or be given in person during the April 30, May 7 or May 14 BMC sessions to a BMC-staff member.
Download, print and fill the following form. The form includes a thorough instruction on applying for the BMC.

2. Payment - The BMC has a fee of $160 for Fall 2013.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
You can pay the fee by writing a check made out to "Firecracker Forum" and bringing it to the Math Circle.
Write the student's name and "BMC-Fall 2013" on the memo line.
