Berkeley Math Circle
2006-2007 Evaluation

 

We are applying for new grants to sponsor the Berkeley Math Circle program, and this evaluation form will help us tremendously in making a report of this year’s activities, which we will submit to potential sponsors. Thus, we would appreciate your honest and thorough responses to the following questons; specifically, potential sponsors love seeingany quotes, examples, or written comments at the end.

Any and all data will be kept strictly confidential, will not be associated with any individual responses, and is only for the use of the Berkeley Math Circle for securing the future for the the program. Only Berkeley Math Circle participants, parents, teachers and instructors should complete this form.
