Applying to the BMC is easy to do! Just follow these steps
Step 1: Submit an Application Form. You can easily submit this form online. Simply fill out your name, email, address, and answer a few questions, and you'll have completed the first step. You can start the online by clicking here or the link at the bottom of this page. If you want to submit your application by mail, you can download and print out this PDF or PS file and mail it in.

Step 2: Submit a Parental Consent Form. Like the application, you can also submit this form online. Once you're done with the application, you can start the consent form. If you are a parent or guardian, please read through the form then fill out the information at the bottom with your name and date. You can start the online parental consent form by clicking here or the link at the bottom of this page. If you again prefer to mail the consent form in, you can print it out using this PDF or PS file and mail it in with the Application Form.
Step 3: Submit an Online Payment. The Berkeley Math Circle has a fee of $150 per semester as decided by parents recently. MSRI will be hosting a site where you can pay, and we'll post the link when it is activated. If you wish to pay with check, please address the check to "Mathematical Sciences Research Institute", and in the "Note" section at the bottom left of the check, clearly state the name of the student, the specific semester (Fall or Spring), and "...for the BMC".
